We understand that you are having some trouble pairing your new Ray-Ban Meta glasses to your phone. Could you please follow the steps outlined below to get your glasses paired to your phone app?
- Make sure glasses are charged, turned on, and placed in case. Charge glasses for at least one hour until LED is green
- Make sure Meta AI app is up to date
- If connecting to another app (Meta FoA, music provider, or fitness app), make sure that app is up to date
- Make sure device firmware is up to date
- Slide power switch towards the lens to the ‘on’ position and check for flashing white indicator LED
- Press and hold the pairing button on the back of the case for 5 seconds. Release when case LED pulses a blue light.
- Check if Ray-Ban/Oakley Meta Glasses shows up on phone's Bluetooth menu
- Forget device from Bluetooth menu screen and pair as a new device (repeat steps 1-4)
- Delete Meta AI app and install again. Then repeat steps 1-4
- Factory reset your glasses. Then repeat steps 1-4
