What happen to celebrity voices?

My gen1s started malfunctioning, I got gen2s in an exchange. I set it up on the same phone I had my gen1s on, and now I can’t use any celebrity voices. I tried setting the glasses up on another phon...

Hi there,

 

We see you have lost the ability to have Celebrity voices on the Meta AI app, after changing to a new pair of Gen 2 glasses. Can you please ensure that both the app and glasses are fully updated. If you are still not able to get them, please submit a bug report so our engineers can look into this further.

 

To report a bug:

  1. From the Meta AI mobile app, tap in the top left.
  2. Tap Settings in the bottom left.
  3. Scroll down and tap Help & support.
  4. Tap Submit a report.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to describe your issue and submit your report.
