When a call comes in I can't select the Meta connection

Hi Hopefully someone can assist me, whenever I receive a call the option goes straight to my phone and when I try to select the RB Meta option to connect, it goes right back to my phone option, I have reset the Meta glasses and my phone, disconnect and turn back on the bluetooth options,  my wifi is connected but it still wont let me select the connection to my Meta to answer and speak to the caller, can someone please assist me is there another connection i need to activate?                                                                                                                                                                                             

FYI- this happens everyday when I put glasses on and I keep trying to connected thru out the day sometimes it will connect but MAJORITY of the time it wont connect, any advise will be helpful.

    Hi there,

     

    We've just come across your post! We understand you are encountering connection issues with your glasses. We recommend unpairing and pairing your glasses again, to do so:

     

    How to unpair your glasses from the Meta AI mobile app:

    1. From the Meta AI mobile app, tap in the bottom right.
    2. Tap .
    3. Tap General.
    4. Tap Unpair glasses.
    5. Tap Unpair.
      • If you have multiple devices paired with the Meta AI mobile app, swipe left or right to select the device that you want to unpair before tapping .
      • If your device doesn't automatically go into pairing mode, you can manually turn pairing mode on by pressing and holding the button on the back of the case for at least 5 seconds.

    How to pair your glasses with the Meta AI mobile app:

    1. Remove your glasses from the case.
    2. Turn your glasses on by sliding the power switch on the left frame towards the front of the glasses.
    3. Put your glasses back inside the case, making sure that you gently push down on the top of the glasses so that the bottom of the nose bridge on your glasses makes contact with the charging port inside the case.
    4. When the case LED starts flashing blue, your device is ready to pair with the Meta AI mobile app.
    5. From the Meta AI mobile app, tap in the bottom right.
    6. Tap in the top right and follow the on-screen instructions.

    Alongside this, a force restart will help clear ant bugs.

  • Some options to fix:

    • Check that the glasses are connected as a “Headset”
    • Switch the audio during an active call
    • Avoid “competing” Bluetooth devices
    • Unpair / re‑pair from both the app and Bluetooth
    • Check for updates
