Buy your Hardware from Meta.....

They are the source for any software/set up answers for a product purchased through Meta

Meta considers luxottica (Oakley, Rayban etc) a third party supplier.  If you purchase from 3rd party (directly from Oakley or Ray ban), Meta will differ support to Oakley or Ray ban. 

If it relates to a software issue, Oakley will forward the investigation to Meta.
