“These glasses are registered to another account.”

I accidently paired my wife's new Meta glasses to my iOS Meta AI app.  After removing the device, she can't register/pair with her iOS Meta AI app.  I understand the problem is that her device is permanently registered in my iOS Meta AI app/account which must be removed in the back end, but I can't seem to find any help on this platform except for the standard cookie cutter responses from the AI platform.  How do I even get help with this as it seems to require manual intervention to delete my wife's device from my iOS Meta AI app.  Has anyone else faced this issue?  I also send a note to Ray Ban support as I bought from a 3rd party reseller, but doubt I'll get a response....

Hello there, thank you for posting on our forum.

We understand you are having some issues with pairing your wife's glasses to her phone after they were previously already paired to your phone. Please try the steps below to ensure the device is fully removed from your phone.

    1. Make sure to forget glasses from the other device (iPad, computer, etc.)
    2. Make sure to forget Ray-Ban/Oakley Meta Glasses from iOS Bluetooth menu if glasses were previously paired.
    3. Use the Meta AI app to pair glasses again with the phone.
    4. If glasses do not get into pairing mode (no blue LED on the case while glasses are inside the case and powered on), try a forced restart.

If the issue still persist, please follow the steps below to contact us via DM, and we can provide you with more tailored troubleshooting.
