AI feature unavailable for my region when I am living in USA

My app or glasses does not have Meta AI feature for my GEN 2 glasses. When I login with my husband‘s account, the matter AI app has the metal AI feature as well as the glasses, however when I log back in as myself, the matter AI features on the app are gone. The glasses AI feature no longer working. I kept getting a message says that the feature is not available in my region.

I checked my phone, my location is shared with Meta AI and the phone setting is In the USA as well.  I also checked Facebook setting, I cannot find any place I can verify if my region is set in the USA.  Anyone has similar situation?

    Yes and for the first time in WhatsApp thread someone is saying it's going to be rolled out in waves, not everyone in one state at one time.... after 100's of emails,

    Are you sure you have enabled Meta AI in the settings? 

     

    The region issues are known... Every state and country has different data policies and so Meta has to adept to them before releasing the features. 

    Your Playstore/AppStore has locationdata as well as the regionsettings of your phone and languagesettings and GPS, IP and so on...

    I tried fake GPS and VPN to bypass and even created a new Googleaccount... Nothing worked...

    I am sure Meta knows exactly where your account is registered and sticks to the regulations.

      Yes I checked my region on my phone and it is in the US.  My husband logged into my phone and all AI features worked as it supposed to.  I don’t have VPN either.

        Please check in the device settings if you have enabled Meta AI. 

        That's the only thing I can think of that might cause that Meta AI isn't available at all for you.
