Are you sure you have enabled Meta AI in the settings?
The region issues are known... Every state and country has different data policies and so Meta has to adept to them before releasing the features.
Your Playstore/AppStore has locationdata as well as the regionsettings of your phone and languagesettings and GPS, IP and so on...
I tried fake GPS and VPN to bypass and even created a new Googleaccount... Nothing worked...
I am sure Meta knows exactly where your account is registered and sticks to the regulations.
Yes I checked my region on my phone and it is in the US. My husband logged into my phone and all AI features worked as it supposed to. I don’t have VPN either.
Please check in the device settings if you have enabled Meta AI.
That's the only thing I can think of that might cause that Meta AI isn't available at all for you.
Thanks so much for your help. Not sure where I can locate your screen but My husband’s account is working fine on my device….so I think it has something to do with the account setting for meta.
