When are AI Features going to be avaliable in Colombia? Regional restrictions should be stated in BOLD letters in all your retailers. To warn people about this issue.

Obviously you already know the answer. As soon as the politics give Meta the permissions.
It's about regional data privacy policies and laws. Maybe you better complain to your government instead of this forum to accelerate the process.

You said it in your first post... "Regional restrictions". So you obviously were aware of the supported countries that are officially stated on the website of Meta.
So maybe grab a joint and take your time to read the information about products you want to buy ahead instead of rushing blindly on coke into buyingactions and blaim everyone else but yourself, like Amazon Meta or me, for your mistakes and lack of ability to inform yourself...

Are there any restrictions to use Meta in your phone?.. No. So it is not that obvious, obviously!
This restrictions should be boldly stated in red letters. Not everyone flies over and get inside the small letters, while the user manual talks back to you in 3D, like in your case, obviously.
Light it up, do some real work and chill.
