We hear you're both having problems with the AI features that used to work in your region but have suddenly stopped now, that's of course not ideal and we'd love to take a look into this for you!
Now first up, we'd like to first ask both of you to make a quick bug report for the features that have stopped working, once that's done the reports will go to our engineering team who can have a look into this.
After you've done that, please also try with a different phone (if available to you) to see if the problem consists over multiple devices and if it does, then please reach out to our support team via our support channel.

Sometimes, these kinds of issues can also resolve themselves automatically as new updates roll out, so it’s worth keeping an eye out for any updates.

after the problem apear i already update software many times like 2 times when they release
but same problem it didnt resolve itself.
i also try to connect it to another device but nothing different.
