AI severely delayed in responding

Hello, I'm new here. I have the Meta Gen 2 Skylar glasses, purchased October 2025.

Starting this morning, the AI interface is not responding to questions.

If I say "Hey Meta, what's the weather?" the wake sound plays, and the light blinks, but I don't hear anything. If I go back and say "Hey Meta, I can't hear you," it repeats the answer to my question, clear as day. If I don't say that, it never responds and I don't hear anything.

Regular audio, like from music or social media plays normally.

I have tried hard restart, unpair/repair, uninstall/reinstall the Meta app, recycling the Bluetooth connection, and factory resetting the glasses. None of these have worked. Does anyone have any suggestions? I've also tried looking up warranty information but it is like a needle in a haystack trying to get started on a claim.

      Update: I kept messing with them, force-restarting them, and I eventually got them to the point where the AI kept saying "to continue, restart the app and try again" over and over. Then they just randomly started acting normal about an hour ago. I really didn't know what happened, or how it resolved itself.
