We understand that you're struggling with deleting your media from your Meta AI app, and are trying to manually delete the media from the glasses one by one, which can be a very time-consuming process. Please allow us to assist you with this!
In order to delete photos and videos from the Meta Ray-Ban glasses, you can open the Meta AI app on your phone, go to the Gallery, and delete them from there. The media is automatically removed from both the glasses and your phone's camera roll when you delete it from the gallery in the app.
Steps on how to delete:
- Open the Meta AI app on your paired phone.
- Navigate to the Gallery section.
- Tap Select to choose multiple photos and videos, or tap a single item to view it.
- Tap the delete icon (a trash can).
- Confirm that you want to delete the media from both your glasses and your phone.
- The media will be permanently removed from both devices.
If you want to keep media on your phone but delete from the glasses, the most effective way to delete media from the glasses without removing it from your phone is to perform a factory reset on the glasses and then not import the media from the glasses.
