Apps not working

Hey. 
Hope someone can help

in the MetaAI app I am connected to all the apps as I’m supposed to do, however nothing works. Apple Health has all the right permissions but can’t tell me anything I ask it. Shazam is connected but keeps saying please connect in the meta aI app.  My celebrity voices have disappeared to name a few problems. 

I have factory reset and deleted and reinstalled the app but nothing works. 

Thanks for any help you may be able to offer.
