Audio Distortion

I have my RAY-BAN META WAYFARER - GEN 2 connected to my Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. They are less than 3 weeks old

I am having an issue where the audio, whether playing music, announcing messages, using Meta AI or receiving notifications, sounds very distorted, even at low volume. If I have the volume low enough to avoid distortion, even in a quiet room, it's unusable. I have tried force-restarting and factory-resetting the glasses, but there has been no change. 

The glasses received the latest update - 124.0.0.0.0
