Audio not working

Just got some Rayban Meta Wayfarer glasses and after the last update, I’m getting a message that says my speakers aren’t working and that I can’t listen to audio until my speakers are fixed. Anyone else run into this problem?

    Hi there Lejeind!

     

    We saw you were having some trouble getting audio on your Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarers, and thought we'd lend a hand!

     

    It can be really frustrating not being able to get sound out of your speakers, but luckily we have a few steps you can follow to get it sorted out! We'd recommend force restarting your glasses, and the steps for that are right here:

     

    To force restart your glasses using the Meta AI app:

    1. In the Meta AI App, tap the Glasses icon
    2. If you have multiple devices paired with the Meta AI mobile app, swipe left or right to select the device you want to use
    3. Tap Settings
    4. Tap General
    5. Tap Force restart

    To manually force restart your glasses:

    1. Slide the power button back to power the glasses off.
    2. Press and hold the capture button.
    3. While still holding the capture button, slide the power button forward to turn the glasses back on.
    4. Once the status light LED turns red, release the capture button.

    If you still can't get any sound out of your speakers after force restarting it, or if the error message is still present, we'd recommend reaching out to Ray-Ban Support for more help!
