battery drain - software issue or device issue?
I just received my new pair of meta wayfarer gen 2 after my first one was sent to meta for assistance and replaced.
Yesterday I wore my glasses at 19:20 with 100% battery.
I was out for dinner so I just wore the glasses, no music, no "hey meta", just one 28 seconds video and 6 photos.
At 21 the battery was 56%.
Doing nothing at 21.29 the battery was 15%. At 21.39 battery at 3% and glasses switched off.
Is it ok? These are brand new sent from meta as a replacement. Installed latest 19.2 firmware.
This is insane. 2hours 40 minutes with actually no use. almost standby.
I don't understand how it is possible because when I first bought the fist pair of glasses back in September, I used them for hours on the first days, at museums taking lots of pictures and videos and asking info and translations to Hey Meta. So I don't understand why these ones, that should be brand new, seems to have a battery drain issue.
Please don't tell me I have to go through assistance again for another replacement. Because I've bought first pair on 25 September and used the first one 1 week. Now this one 2 days. 500 euros and is this what I get???
Anyone experiencing the same battery drain issue?
