Blinking White Led, Startup Animation, Sounds, Nothing else

I've only had these Meta Display Glasses for 3 days and today I'm at a loss.

This morning the white led on the left side just started to blink.  The phone will not detect it.  If I press on the right side controls, I can hear it making noises reacting to my presses.  The band would not connect to it.

I tried to restart it, holding the cameras button down while turning it on.  The LED goes red, then dark, the screen shows the loading animation, and then nothing else.  The side controls still make noises.

Factory reset didn't seem to work.  After clicking 5 times, I don't see a change in the LED, it stays blinking white.

Do I just need to let it drain all the way down?

    Also should mention, the display, other then the startup spinning animation is not turning on.
