Calls

Hi, my gen 1 Skylar glasses will work with Bluetooth if I make the call from my phone, but if I ask the glasses to make the call it says connect to the Meta app. The meta app is already open and works with my other Headliner glasses, but not these.

I have checked all the settings and they seem fine. They will play music from the Amazon music app, but will not make a call from a voice prompt.

Is this a problem that cannot be solved? Thank you in advance for any insights.
