Camera light constantly on

I’ve had my metas for about a month now and for some reason when I connect and put them on  the camera light turns on like a flashlight even when it’s not recording. It’s happened before and it went away after a couple hours but it came back on and it hasn’t turned off for about a day now. Even when I shut the glasses off and on the light will still come back on. Went to a Oakley store and they said they’ve never seen that issue and told me to contact support but it seems that my serial number for my glasses won’t work.
