Can’t connect new Oakley Vanguard to Garmin and Strava

Hi, 

I tried to connect Garmin and Strava to the Meta AI app and it does not work. After consenting, a white screen appears and nothing else happens.

I tried resetting my glasses and reinstalling the Meta AI app but these did not work.

These glasses were a Christmas gift and it is a very disappointing experience given the price. Equally the customer service experience is poor. 

I saw this issue is widespread with no clear fix. Please can someone from Meta advise on how I resolve this issue so I can use the glasses for the intended functionalities.
