Can't connect Garmin and Strava to brand new Vanguard glass

Hi,

When I try to connect Garmin OR Strava in the Meta AI application after saying Yes on the popup for any of the apps I only get a white screen.

I tried every option reinstalling the Meta AI (and reconnect glass), reinstalling Garmin, non of these options works.

I think there is a serious issue when it comes to pairing with these apps. The only benefit of the glass is the ability to connect to Garmin and Strava.

I saw multiple threads about the same problem. It would be great to get an official statement that Meta is on the issue and an update will be given to the consumers.

I got the glass as Christmas present and despite listening music on it and taking some random pics none of the pillar functionalities are working for the glass.

    Guys after installing VPN (NorthVPN 1 month subscription) to my phone changing the country to USA example I could set it up!!!! Please try it too I am 100% it will work for you as well. Happy holidays! 

    This saves us until the official fix is out. After you set it up turn of VPN so you will be back to your own country.

    same here in Italy...and seems no support is given so far...except unpair and pair back again...with no results...a bit embarassing honestly speaking for the value of the product

    Yes got the Vanguards today and exactly the same. Everything else connects except Strava and Garmin. Tried everything and nothing fixes the issue

      Hi, got the Vanguard today too and had the same issue while trying to connect to Garmin or Strava: Blank screen. I have an IPhone 17 pro, try also with a IPhone 14 and a Samsung android tablet ! I am exhausted 😔! Please Meta support team, provide us a solution asap… all the purpose of this product is Garmin!!!

    It seems a joke…I just got an email from Meta warning me that there is an accepted solution and clicking the link I landed to this message …this is amateurish just amateurish

      There is no solution I accidentaly clicked on it while scrolling but i reverted it, sorry :(. I tried to use some advises from chatgpt with safari cache and easing some security configs plus device language etc but it didnt help. I haven’t seen this reported on reddit yet. Maybe there somebody knows how this can be fixed.

    Hi everyone,I found a solution to the blank page issue when trying to connect Garmin and Strava. I installed a VPN on my iPhone 17 Pro to simulate a U.S. location, and it worked perfectly.
    I believe that Meta has not yet deployed Garmin and Strava services in the EU.
