Cant connect my meta oakley HSTN to Garmin/Strava

Hello,

i cant Connect my meta Oakley HSTN to Garmin/Strava. The apps are not available in Meta AI App. On the Meta website, this fonctiunality is announced to be available for the Meta Oakley HSTN 

can you please help ?

We would love to provide you with the support needed to get everything connected so you can enjoy your runs/workouts and see how well you've done, we will leave a few troubleshooting steps below and we would appreciate it if you could try them:

     

    1. Make sure of the following:

    • The latest versions of the Garmin Connect app and Garmin Connect IQ app installed on your phone.
    • Your compatible Garmin device is updated and connected to your phone (for a list of compatible devices, please click the link Here).
    • Your AI glasses are set up and paired with the Meta AI mobile app.
    • Your AI glasses software and the Meta AI mobile app are updated to the latest versions.

    Hello,

    all apps are updated. Still not able to see Garmin / Strava in the list of Apps to Connect. Can you please help ?

      I am facing the same issue. Did you have any luck figuring out the issue? The customer support is not really helpful.

        Hey there,

        Experiencing issues when you can't connect your Strava/Garmin watch to the Meta AI glasses and app can be far from ideal and we would love to assist you! To do this we will provide you with a few troubleshooting steps that we would like you to attempt. Please follow the below troubleshooting steps:

         

        Both Garmin and Strava can be connected to the Meta AI mobile app. To do this, please follow the below steps:
        1. Open the Meta AI App while the glasses are on. 
        2. Tap the Glasses icon > Settings > Connected apps > Garmin or Strava 
        3. Tap connect or disconnect.

         

        Please ensure that you have the latest version of Meta AI, and the latest AI Glasses firmware installed (V19), you can update your AI Glasses by following these steps:
        - From the Meta AI mobile app, tap the glasses icon in the bottom right.
        - Tap the settings icon
        - If you have multiple devices paired with the Meta AI mobile app, swipe left or right to select the device that you want to adjust settings for before tapping the settings icon
        - Tap Updates.
        - Tap the toggle next to Automatic updates to turn this feature on or off.
        - Tap Check to check for software updates.

        You can check if you have the latest version of Meta AI by looking on the Play Store/App Store page for Meta AI.
