Can't connect to quick connect

Hi, I have the Skyler 0036 gen 2, and I can't find the option to quick connect, I have the newest iOS in the iPhone, I've tried a lot; like factory reset and uninstalling the app, how can I solve this

    We've just come across your post regarding the issue you are having with setting up quick connect on your Ray-Ban Meta Skyler (Gen 2). We want you to have the best possible experience with your new AI glasses.

     

    Please ensure to follow these steps in order to set up Quick connect:

     

    1. From the Meta AI mobile app, tap in the bottom right.
    2. Tap .
    3. Scroll down and tap Customize controls.
    4. Tap Touchpad.
    5. Tap Quick connect.
    6. Follow the on-screen instructions to select a contact and a specific action that quick connect will be assigned to.

      I just bought my HSTN and updated to v.21 but I can’t find the quick connect to assign a contact on my touchpad settings. The only options are Apple Music, conversation focus and meta AI
