Connection Problem

I would like to request assistance with my Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer glasses, as they recently started having a connection issue. The glasses seem to turn on and function normally when I am not wearing them. However, when I put them on my head, they attempt to connect but fail to do so. At that moment, the LED indicator starts blinking white and red, and the glasses are unable to complete the connection with my phone.
