Hello guys, is it normal to have different serial on the box for meta display and another serial for glasses itself because yesterday I went to Best Buy to return the glasses because my band was little tight and Best Buy return me saying there is two different serial number and can’t process return. Please help me out here
I don't have AI Glasses, but on the Quest 3 the box serial number is the whole "kit" which includes headset, 2 controllers and a charger. The individual devices have their own serials.
So for the Display glasses I would imagine the box number is also the "kit" - glasses, wrist band and charger. The glasses and wrist band will have their own separate serial numbers.
Meta tends to only accept the box s/n on their support website.
