Feature not available in your Region

I bought my Meta glasses in Canada then I went to other country, at first all features are working the starting to limit some functions until everything is not available. Now i am back in Canada but i still have the same issues. I tried to force restarting it, checked all my locations in my social media and apps, uninstalled and installed the meta ai app but still no luck. If I ask a simple question like “where’s my location?” It will answer me “the feature isn’t available in your region.” Anyone having the same problem? How to fix? Thank you in advance.

    It's ironic that they are called Meta AI glasses, but Meta AI doesn't work in most countries.

    • Factory reset the glasses.
    • Uninstall the Meta AI application and ensure all its data is deleted from your phone.
    • THIS IS THE KEY PART - Register for a brand new Meta account. For this process, I would advise creating it with an email only, and not associating it with a Facebook or Instagram account at this time.
    • Open the newly installed application and log in using the new Meta account you just created.
    • Pair the glasses to the app now and try the voice features again.
