Garmin and oakley meta not really working

Hi! Already did everythig shown here to connect meu oakley meta glasses with my garmim forerunner 265 but it does not really work

Already downloaded ans istalled the meta ai and have a display for the meta glasses on activities like running, but the its shows the glasses with a line throgout it.

Also already turned on the automatic capture, but its just jot working, the display about the meta glasses is still showing the glasses with a line throgout it, so it does not turn the automatic caputure, not even if i ask so.

Already unpaired the glasses and paired again, disconect the garmim account and connected again... i just dont know what else i can do.

Could someone explain something that really works so this "line" throgout the glasses on the display gets uotmof the way? Please, i don't know what else to do!!
