Congrats on your new Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 glasses!
In this case, we'd recommend unpairing and repairing your glasses in order to prompt the option to appear. You can find a handy guide for doing this right here.
If your phone's software and the app are both up to date, you could also submit a bug report to our engineers. You can do this by:
- In Meta AI mobile app, tap your profile picture in the top right.
- Tap Help & support.
- Tap Submit a report.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to describe your issue and submit your report.
