I recently bought Gen2 limited edition gold and I want to replace the glass with RayBan authentic sapphire transition glass. Any idea if this is possible?
Also, will that make any difference to the video capture and quality?

of course that's possible! And no it won't affect your camera quality since the camera is independent from the lenses.
I have my lenses also had replaced with transitioning Carl Zeiss lenses by my optician. You can get any lenses you want in there. Your optician will help you ;)
