Hey there mrc5300,
We've just come across your post regarding the issues you are having with Ray-Ban Meta Ai glasses losing connection as soon as you put them on. We want you to have the best possible time with them, so we'd love to lend a hand. Please attempt the following troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure the phone and glasses are both sufficiently charged.
- Make sure the phone and glasses are close to each other.
- Make sure glasses are updated to the most recent firmware.
- Make sure the Meta AI app is up to date by checking the Apple or Google Play app store.
- Attempt to pair the glasses with your phone again from the Meta AI app.
- Make sure to remove the glasses from other devices (for example, a different phone) that were previously paired with glasses via the Bluetooth menu.
