Glasses stopped turning on after a few uses

I bought the Oakley glasses to be able to capture snippets of my trip overseas. After 2-3 uses, they stopped powering on altogether. I put them in the charging case and the green indicator says they are fully charged; however, they don’t turn on at all.
I have attempted all of the troubleshooting methods outlined and still nothing. This is beyond disappointing. I will be taking the back when we return to the States for a full refund.
