Before last week, I could drive, play music from my car, and record videos simultaneously. However, suddenly, all of these functions stopped working. When I press the record button on the glasses, it pauses the music, which was never the case before. Is this a glitch?

So this happened to me too ever since the newest update. When I drive before the update I can play music in my CarPlay and record at the same time. Also when I picked the one press default to take videos, when I put it in the case and use it again, reverts back to taking a photo. It’s so frustrating. The previous version was way better. Meta please fix asap. It’s unusable and annoying. I don’t even want to use this anymore.
Same here! I am having trouble recording video while my CarPlay music get interrupted and stops fully functioning the background music! It never happened before but recently I’ve been having problems

We came across your post and wanted to let you know that every pair of our smart glasses is equipped with an accelerometer sensor, which could be the reason why your glasses aren't working when you're driving.
If you believe this to be unrelated, don't hesitate to submit a bug report so that our software engineers can take a look!
This issue would never happen before where we could record and play CarPlay music at the same time. But ever since the update a month ago, this experience is now broken and very annoying. And it’s not just limited to 1-2 people, this is widespread. We have all submitted bug reports but nothing is being done about it. same here, it's extremely frustrating. They worked perfectly fine before the update. It was the main selling point for me to get the glasses. They still do not work like they used to before. Meta's bs response is irritating because this happened to everyone ik that has them. They need to fix the issue
Has anyone found a workaround yet? I just got a pair and was looking forward to using this weekend for a big run. As others have stated before, music cuts off while recording and resumes after recording has stopped.
