Handwritten responses on rayban display glass

I signed up for early access on my display glasses and neural band and received an update alert that there were new features for handwritten responses and teleprompter. I updated my band and glasses, but I am not able to access handwritten responses in either Messenger or WhatsApp. The options to answer are still just video call, audio message, dictate or photograph. How do I get this working?

    The functionality got turned on for me yesterday! I went back into the early access page for my glasses and the option was there to toggle on "handwriting". Once I toggled that on I saw the Write option in messenger and Whatsapp. 

    It must have just not been actually released to me yet despite me having got the update the week before. 

     

    Anyways it works now, really appreciate everyone's help and I'm sure I'll be back with more lol

    Maybe there is another setting you have to enable first? In the early access or connection tab?

        And when you tap in the notification that announced the handwriting? 

        But to be honest we all are having difficulties with the early access features. You're the first person that reports to have successfully entered the program and being chosen to test something. 

        Maybe you have got an email and need to confirm another link or something? Usually when you get picked for betastuff you have to write report for those features.

    I just received the v21 update. I had the same issue as you initially. I would make sure your enrolled in early access and reboot both displays and neuro band. It's luck of the draw from there.
