Hard to hear and understand during calls keep on cutting off

When trying to speak with my meta ai glasses I keep on cutting and people can’t understand what I am saying . Does anyone else has this problem ?

    Hey there enon0605 

     

    Thanks for letting us know you're having issues with hearing on calls using the AI glasses. 

     

    We have some steps you can take to fix this: 

     

    • From the Meta AI mobile app, tap glasses icon in the bottom right.
    • Tap Settings
    • If you have multiple devices paired with the Meta AI mobile app, swipe left or right to select the device that you want to adjust settings for before tapping settings.
    • Tap Meta AI.
    • Tap "Hey Meta" preferences.
    • Ensure that the toggles next to "Hey Meta" and Wake sound are turned on.
    • Try a voice command (e.g. "Hey Meta, how much battery is left?").

     

    • If the voice command was recognized, you should see the notification LED blink white in response. When the wake sound toggle is on, you will also hear a sound when voice controls activate in response.
    • If voice controls still aren't responding, toggle off "Hey Meta" and Wake sound, then turn them back on and try another voice command.
    • If voice commands still aren't working, go to Device settings, swipe down and tap Microphone troubleshooting.
    • Tap the toggle next to Microphone adjustment to turn this feature on, then try another voice command.
    • If voice commands still aren't working, try unpairing and re-pairing your glasses.

    We'd also like to add that certain features for the Ray-Ban Meta AI glasses are only available in selected countries. You can see the support country list for the glasses here: Support countries.
