How do I buy an extra charging cable for the Neural Band?

Meta support referred me to Ray-Ban support, and Ray-Ban support told me they don’t sell cables. Surely there’s a way to get an extra cable?

    We totally understand how important it is to have a backup charging cable for your Meta Neural Band, especially when you're on the go or relying on it daily. Just so you know, the Meta Neural Band is included with the purchase of Meta Ray-Ban Display glasses, but it isn’t available for separate purchase at this time.

    Oh, I know the band itself isn’t available for separate purchase, I just need an extra cable. It’s just a matter of time before I lose the one I have! I hope you’ll make these available for purchase very soon, otherwise losing the cable renders the band useless…

      We totally understand that misplacing a charging cable can happen, life gets busy, and these things slip through the cracks. If it does, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team. We're here to help however we can.

        My glasses did not come with the bad charger. It’s nowhere in the box. How can I get one. I’m unable to use my glasses because of that

    I never received my charger either, how do i get a replacement?

      Have you checked inside the packaging carefully:

      It’s located inside the neural band box, specifically inside the round piece where the band wraps around. It really is hidden.

    I ran into the same issue when I tried to buy a spare charging cable for the Neural Band — turns out it’s proprietary and not sold anywhere right now. I actually went back and forth with Meta support about it and documented the whole experience in a short video here:
