How do you get responses to Meta Ai/hardware questions?

Is there a successful pathway to get product and troubleshooting questions addressed? I have not been successful in reaching anyone from Meta or Oakley that has any information. Oakley CS confirmed that they dont know. I am still trying to reach Meta.

Are they so inundated with issues that they are trying to catch up?

Use the official support site, click the correct topics, when you have the opportunity to click topics such as "I have a different issue", etc, do so, as it will direct you to the live chat links.

Fun and games. Is this about the Garmin/Meta AI issue? Are there any reporting or feedback tools in any of the apps where you can report the bug? That's probably your best option at this point.

Already did this through the Meta app and another report through garmin connect iq app. The Garmin app forwarded the issue to Meta. I guess the Garmin Meta app that gets installed on the Garmin has an issue.&nbsp; I don't think Meta will announce any countermeasure.&nbsp; It will just happen.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Live chatted with Meta.&nbsp; Since they don't make the hardware, please "talk to Oakley".&nbsp; Oakley says we don't make the software , please "talk to Meta".
