How to reset Vanguard case?

My Oakley Meta Vanguard case is stuck on 14% charge. This is clearly a software issue as I can charge used glasses in that case to 100%, while not connected to a charger.

I'm looking for a way to factory reset the case, but all documentation points to "push the button next to the USB-C connector". This case has zero buttons.

    nvm. just found the button. It's too dark here to see it.

    Be aware that the case (at least with Gen 1) will only start charging when the glasses reached 100% if they are in it. It gives priority to the glasses.

    If not your issue, yes, there is a button on the case. It's just very well blended in.
