I am unable to request support

I try to request support logging into my account and it says there are no devices. I add my serial number and it says it’s invalid. I add case serial number and it says it’s invalid. 

I am trying to request support because my ai display glasses didn’t come with a way to charge the neural band. 

I bought it from Best Buy.
