Incorrect Time Zone Setting on Meta Smart Glasses in Kazakhstan

Dear [Support Team/Meta Team],

I am experiencing an issue with the time zone configuration on Meta smart glasses in Kazakhstan.

When I ask the device, “Hey Meta, what time is it?”, it responds with 13:00, while the actual local time is 12:00. This indicates that the device is using UTC+6, but the correct time zone for my location should be UTC+5.

Could you please advise on how to correct this time zone setting or confirm if this is a known issue?

    This is the community forum (not official support). Meta AI glasses are not supported in Kazakhstan.

    Is the time and region correctly set in your phone? 

    Why don't you use the report function in the Meta AI-App?!

        Have you tried reporting this issue by shaking your phone and sharing details? Usually that's the best way for the support to fix technical issues.

      Just want to duplicate the information on other platforms. I said about it on IG as well
