Issue with the garmin and strava apps on my oakley vanguard

Hi, I'm experiencing the same issue with the garmin and strava apps with alot people, I tried everything updating the app, restarting both devices even doing factory reset on the vanguard, and none of them worked, both apps doesn’t appear to me on the app neither Strava or Garmin Connect, my location is Singapore
