Issues with glasses/case

My glasses dont charge.

  1. A green light appear for 5 seconds in the front case button when I open or close the case (also if a put the glasses inside)
  2. If i press the back case button for 10 seconds approx a white light appear for 5 seconds

    Exact same thing with my HTSN, tried hard resetting, re pairing, mine stays an orange solid, doesn’t charge the glasses. Beyond a joke trying to get a refund.
