Live AI Still Not Available in my Glasses

Hey all,

So I'm a fan of the live AI on the Meta Glasses. However, since I got them last October, I never got access to this feature. I even got them replaced thinking it might be the glasses. It seems that it's my account as these replacement one still do not have live AI.

When I try the prompt, it says that live AI isn't available. I tried the following already:

1. Factory reset glasses. This included signing out of the meta app, uninstalling, reinstalling, logging back in, and restarting the glasses set up once again.
2. 2. Force restart the glasses
3. 3. I made sure that my location is in the U.S. as I'm originally from Texas. Everyone I know has live AI except mine.

Any suggestions? I would appreciate any help.
