We understand you are having some difficulties with your glasses taking a long time to upload content to your app. Could you please try the steps outlined below to get them to import the images. First of all, please check the list provided here to ensure your phone is compatible with the glasses.
- Restart your Ray-Ban Meta glasses
- Turn the glasses off and wait 30 seconds.
- Slide the power switch towards the lens in the ‘on’ position. The notification LED will blink white.
- Ensure your Ray Ban Meta glasses are fully updated
- In the Meta AI App, tap the Glasses icon
- Tap Settings
- Tap Updates
- Ensure your Meta AI app is fully update on the Play Store
- Attempt to connect to a different network (another Wi-Fi or mobile hotspot) and try to import again to rule out a network connection problem.
