Having the same problem with HD 3-minute videos. So disappointed on this buggy software. I tried glasses restart, clear cache through meta ai app, disconnect my phone's wifi and bluetooth and re-connect, etc
And of course my phone is compatible and the app is always up-to-date. The import worked a few days when with videos and photos. Then one day I took a few videos for special days, then this happened, sigh...
