We understand how frustrating it can be when the Meta AI voice features stop working, especially if everything was running before the recent update.
First, it's a good idea to double-check that you're currently in a supported country for these features. You can find more details about supported regions by visiting this link.
Since the issue started after an update, we recommend using the bug report option within the app. This helps our engineering team investigate and resolve the issue more quickly.

i set up my glasses in Singapore and they work fine for awhile. Stopped when i went to Vietnam for a trip and now I am back in Australia, which is a supported country; but live AI has stopped working. I have done repairing, hard reset. Nothing works. Any solution?

Thanks for the update! We understand that you may be confused as to why the Live AI is not working, even though you are located in a supported country. Since you've already repaired and hard reset the device, confirmed that you're in a supported location, and noted that the issue began after an update, we suspect it may be a software bug. In that case, as previously advised, we recommend submitting a bug report. This will help our engineers collect the necessary information to improve the software.

This will provide our engineering team with additional data to investigate and hopefully come to a resolution quicker. In the meantime, we would recommend to keep checking for any new updates, and ensure you have the latest versions of the Meta View app and your glasses' firmware installed as outdated software can cause features to stop working.
