Meta glasses audio recording not working

Hello,

I have a pair of meta glasses that I have been using for a couple of months now. I recently recorded a video of me at an ATM and during the video my glasses seem to have a muffled static during the video (I was going to attach the 25 second video but I cannot).

Unfortunately, the beginning of this video is the last time I’ve had adequate and working audio recording. I would love any assistance here if possible, thank you.

Note that I have already used the hold capture button feature to clear any moisture and also  factory reset the glasses.
