Meta has lost my glasses for replacement 7+ weeks later

I paid for the insurance on my meta glasses - Sent them in for a replacement after paying the $50 and they were delivered and signed for on Dec 12, 2025 with a turnaround of 7-10 business days. Since then I've gotten nothing but templated responses that give ZERO update on the progress. They can't tell me anything about what's going on and don't even have my glasses in hands. It's going on 8 weeks of this mess and I'm getting no where with customer service. 

At this point I just want a refund for the glasses. It's insane they would try and push me along for this long when the turnaround time is 7-10 business days. My most recent interaction has them claiming my address was a problem. Which I've reconfirmed. 

I need this fixed - I' m done with this.  I just want a refund and be done with. Is there someone higher up that can handle this. They won't give me any phone number or actual persons email outside of the general customer service one.
