Meta Neuro Band not connecting to Meta Display

I recently purchased the Meta Display Glasses with the Neuro Band. I've set up both devices, but I can't control the Displays at all via the Neuro Band. I've tried to wake the Displays and/or use any of the gestures in order to control the Displays, but nothing works. I've tried everything including factory resetting both devices. Also, when I bring up the Display screen via the touch pad, the screen shows the symbol indicating that the Neuro Band is not connected.

Does anyone know what the issue is and how to fix it? And/or does anyone have a contact number with Meta so I can speak to them regarding it? I haven't been able to find a contact number for Meta and when I try to complete a support ticket, the ticket even fails to submit.
