Meta Oakley HSTN speakers not working…

Gen2 purchased last month.. at night speakers were working.. when i woke up, the red “!” alert let me know they were no longer working.. I’ve done all the troubleshooting your annoyingly pleasant bot suggests. I paid more money for the stupid meta plus warranty and navigating that has been a nightmare.. this should still fall under the standard 1 year warranty though.. ordered from meta… my meta account on website wont even show these glasses under my devices until I type in my order number and then it pops up.. but doesn’t add them to my device list.. just replace em please. Let’s get that goin…
