Meta Ray Ban customer support
I received glasses as a gift at an event, connected them to my device using my Meta account, and have since gotten a new phone and my account disconnected. In the meantime, my glasses have stopped working -- they show charged but then nothing holds a charge. I'm looking for tech support as it's been less than a year, and I think they are still under warranty. When I put my serial number in the system, it's not recognized. I'm just looking for someone from support to help me out, but without a serial number that works(?) or a proof of purchase, I can't get any.
