Meta Ray Ban Display issues

My meta ray bans started glitching. First I received notification that my storage was full, although I imported all images into my phone. I’ve then erased several images and still received notification that Storage was full. I then noticed I could not use WhatsApp video on the display. I’ve then noticed I could not take pictures or videos I then unpaired the glasses from my phone. I then tried to repair the glasses to my phone. It would not work. I’ve then attempted factory reset it would not work. I’ve then attempted to pair to another device. It would not work. The Meta AI app does not discover the glasses. I’m at a loss. The glasses do not work anymore. Everything is charged force reset doesn’t work I’ve watch every video on YouTube. Nothing works. The glasses power on the display works but the app won’t discover the glasses. The band connects in seconds and is discoverable both on the app and my phone but the displays don’t connect or pair. I used these glasses everyday for 8 hours a day or more for 2 months recording hundreds and hundreds of 3 min videos as I create work content. I guess the life of the software has died. Everything is up to date I erased and reinstalled the meta app several times, turned off the Bluetooth setting on my phone several times, even reset my phone, I also tried the force restart and factory reset on glasses and still they will not connect to my phone or the app. They aren’t even discoverable. Any suggestions would be appreciated

  • Update: after speaking with customer support it was determined I tried everything there was to try. They issued a replacement order sent me a return slip and I shipped them back to Meta via prepaid fed ex. Now I just have to wait for my replacement. It’s frustrating but the customer service has been great so far. I didn’t have proof of purchase as the meta ray ban displays were a gift but that didn’t stop Meta from issuing the replacement. Once I get them I’ll update. 1/3/26 was when they were sent back 

  • Try to delete the glasses in your phone's Bluetooth settings. Make sure no other device is connected to the glasses Bluetooth (like for example I have my laptop connected too). 

    Is there a possibility to connect the glasses from the case directly without taking them out? I have the Gen 1 glasses and you can connect them while being in the case. 

    Maybe disconnect the neural band as well. Maybe that's the problem...

      Meta support is already sending a new pair which means I’ve tried everything humanly possible or they wouldn’t be sending me a new pair. Thanks for the input
